Please note, however, that this feature is not applicable to orders with short deadlines (eight hours to three days) or those less than £200 in value.

If the writer has started, refunds decrease from 70% down to 25%, depending on the order progress. Once completed work is received, refunds are limited to the conditions in sections 6.2 and 6.3. Please note, orders with 24 and 48-hour deadlines are exempt from cancellation and refund options are limited to the scenarios described in sections 6.2 and 6.3.
